And this means truly believing you don’t have an “anxiety disorder,” or are a “depressed person,” etc. Becoming someone new means dis-identifying with components of whoever you are now. In “The Biology of Belief,” Bruce Lipton talks about the science behind how that works. The first half I found a little technical, but the remainder of the book is exceptionally enlightening. What you “tell” your cells matters. Take heed of that advice.
